Funeral services were held on Wednesday afternoon at the First Christian Reformed Church for Peter L. Wielenga, 77, who passed away at the Orange City Hospital on February 24.

Peter L. Wielenga was the son of Lou and Marie (Huisman) Wielenga. He born September 6, 1890. He married Gertrude Roghair on February 3, 1916. They farmed north west of Orange City until 1954 when they moved to Orange City.

Survivors include four sons Louis, Edward, Marion and Stanley; three daughters: Mrs. Lloyd (Hendrine) Van Gorp, Mrs. Syne (Esther) Wynia and Mrs. Martin (Geraldine) De Jong.
