Ella Marie Wegener passed away October 10, 1975, at the age of 88 at the Sheldon Community Memorial Hospital.

Funeral services were held October 13, 1975, at the St. Paul Lutheran Church of Hull, Pastor Lyle Blaede officiating. Interment was made in the Hope Cemetery of Hull.

She graduated from Hull High School in 1906 and from Iowa State Teachers College in 1908. She taught school for 36 years.

Ella, daughter of Fred and Emma (Koster) Wegener, was born February 12, 1887. Her parents, Fred, died in 1949 and Emma passed away 1945.

Surviving relatives include a first cousin, Elmer Funk, of Concordia, Kansas; second cousin, Arthur Stoehr of Hull, Mrs. Fred Jantzen of Hull and Mrs. John W. Vande Berg, also of Hull.

Arrangements were made by Kraai Funeral Home of Hull.
