Harold Wallinga died July 23, 1979 at Hull. Funeral services were 10 A.M. July 25 at the Kraai Funeral Home. The Pastor Herman Van Galen officiated. Interment was at Hope Cemetery, Hull, Iowa.

Mr. Wallinga was born June 18, 1918, the son of Harry and Grace (Shaffer) Wallinga, and was a baptized member of the American Reformed Church of Hull, a World War II veteran and member of the American Legion Wegman-Koele Post #380 of Hull.

Survivors are his sisters and brothers: Mrs. Arthur (Anna Mae) Goeringer, Sheldon; Henry J. Wallinga, Hull; Donald Wallinga, Sheldon; and Arnold Wallinga, Hull and a host of nieces and nephews.
