Funeral services for Mr. Adolph Twillman who passed away June 24 at his home, were held Monday June 24, at his home, were held Monday at the Dow Funeral Home in Ireton.

Adolph Twillman, son of Mr.and Mrs. Luder Twillman, was born near Ireton, November 29, 1896. He was married to Mable Johnston, March 12, 1924 at Ireton. He farmed near Ireton until 1942 and then moved to Ireton where he was a city employee until 1968, when he retired.

Mr. Twillman was a life member of Bertram Post, No. 276, American Legion and was a voluntary Fireman. He was confirmed at St. Paul Lutheran Church in 1911.

Survivors are his wife, one brother, George, of Orange City; two sisters, Mrs. H. Reiner Oken, of Ireton and Mrs. Martha Lushen of Hawarden.
