Funeral services were held at Hospers Saturday, June 3, at the First Reformed Church for Mrs. Ella Te Stroete; Reverend G. Doctor officiated. Burial took place in the Hospers Cemetery.

Mrs. Ella Tee Stroete died Wednesday afternoon at the age of 75 years, one month and nineteen days. Mrs. Te Stroete was born in Michigan moved to Iowa and in 1898 was united in marriage to Gerrit J. Te Stroete at Hospers.

To this union four children were born: Susie, who preceded her in death on December 5, 1935; Ruth (Mrs. Jerry Raak), Henry and Arnold all of Hospers. Her husband also preceded her in death in February, 1912. She is further survived by one sister, Mrs. D.L. Muyskens and one brother Albert Nieuwenhuis. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
