Jody Lynn Van Schepen, 12, of Hull died Saturday at her home after a long illness. Services were at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in the First Reformed Church in Hull. The Rev. Gerald Vander Velde and the Rev. Bruce Leverman officiated. Burial was be in Hope Cemetery under the direction of the Kraai Funeral Home of Hull.

Jody was born Jan. 1, 1970 at Sheldon- She was in the seventh grade at Boyden -Hull Community School. She was a member of the First Reformed Church. Survivors include her parents, Clifford and Judith (Vander Zwaag) Van Schepen of Hull; two brothers, Christopher and Jeffrey, both at home; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Louis Van Schepen of Hull; maternal grandmother, Mrs. Wm. Vander Zwaag of Hull and paternal great grandmother, Mrs. Chris Van Schepen of Hull.
