Bert Te Brink of Orange City died August 28 in the Orange City Hospital following a brief illness. He was 84.

Funeral services were August 30, with burial in West Lawn Cemetery.

Mr. Te Brink was born April 28, 1885, in The Netherlands. He married Jennie Vink November 30,1910 in Orange City. The couple lived most of their married lives in Orange City.

Surviving him are the widow; three sons, Dick of Alton, John of Orange City, and Alfred of Denver, Colorado; three daughters, Mrs. Peter (Nettie) Mars of Maurice, Mrs. John (Amy) Van Engen and Mrs. Henry (Bernice) Mellema, both of Orange City; 30 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
