Aged Mother, Mrs. John Van Den Oever Sr. Died Friday
Mrs. John Van Den Oever Sr., aged mother of John Van Den Oever Jr, died at the home of her son, north of Hull last Friday, and was buried on Monday. Cynthia Burgraff was born at Pella Iowa September 26 1858. On March 6 1875 she was united in Marriage to John Van Den Oever Sr. who preceded her in death several years ago. They moved to Sioux County In 1883. To this union four children were born one dying in Infancy. Mrs. John Van Den Oever Sr. is survived by her two sons, Peter of Perkins and John Jr. of Hull and daughter Miss Katie of Hull also by one brother Will Burgraaf of Rock Rapids, and seventeen grandchildren and one great grandchild.
