Rosary will be read Thursday evening at 8:00 P.M. in the William Stephens home for John Stephens, 91, who died at the Le Mars Hospital Tuesday, November 1, for infirmities brought on by age.

Funeral services for Mr. Stephens will be held Friday morning at 9:00 o'clock at St. Mary's Church with Father David McGoey officiating. Vander Ploeg and Mulder will be in charge of arrangements. Burial will be at St. Mary's Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Earl Hayden, Robert Buckley, Clarence Schemmer, Pat Fitzgerald, Henry Kaskie and Joe Hevern.

Mr. Stephens was born on February 4, 1893 in Inniskea, Ireland and came to this country with his parents when he was 18 years old. They lived in Wisconsin for a time and then moved to Sioux County where they farmed west of Rock Valley until 35 years ago. At that time they moved to town.

The deceased is survived by a brother, William of Rock Valley.
