Didier, Miss Mary 1889-1983 buried in St. Joseph’s cemetery Granville IA.

Miss Mary Didier, 94, of Granville died Monday in the Orange City Municipal Hospital after a brief illness. Services were at 7:30 a.m. Thursday in St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Granville. The Rev. Francis Nemmers officiated. Burial was in the parish cemetery under the direction of the Fisch Funeral Home at Remsen.

Miss Didier was born Sept. 28, 1889, in Granville, where she was raised and educated. She worked in her parents' store, the Didier General Store and also did seamstress work in the Granville area and for two years in Chicago. She was employed at the Beck General Store in Granville and also cared for her mother. She has been residing at the Wide View Nursing Home in Paullina since 1979. Miss Didier was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church and the church guild. Survivors include a brother, Alphonse of Granville.
