ALTON SERVICES HELD FOR MISS MARIE SORGDRAGER

Funeral services were held Monday for Miss Marie Sorgdrager who died September 15 in Orange City. Miss Sorgdrager was born in Alton, November 15, 1877. Her parents were pioneer residents of Alton.

She was the last member of her immediate family. She was preceded by her parents, three sisters and four brothers. She is survived by two cousins and a number of nieces and nephews.

Services were held in the Reformed Church with Reverend Sandee officiating and burial in Nassau Township Cemetery.

Here from out of town for the services were Mrs. Kate Yasink, a niece of St. James, Minnesota and Mr. and Mrs. Jim Sorgdrager of Craig.
