From the Alton Democrat, April 23, 1970:

Harry Dolphin of Orange City died April 17 in Orange City. He was 63. Funeral services were at 1:30 p.m., April 21, in the municipal building. Burial was in the Hospers cemetery.

Mr. Dolphin was born March 4, 1907, in Hospers. He married Marjorie Mott Dec. 23, 1928. The couple farmed in this area.

Survivors include his widow; four brothers, John of Primghar, Walter of Sheldon, Henry of Sioux City, and George of Sanborn; and two sisters, Mrs. Ralph Hulst of Austin, Minn., and Mrs. Leo Cross[?] of Sioux City.
