The Sioux County Cemetery Index has an entry for Doorenbos, Baby, 19 Aug 1951, infant son of Richard & Marie, Sheridan Twp Cem, Boyden IA.

In the Boyden Reporter, August 23, 1951, is this news note: "Mr. and Mrs. Ted Doorenbos are the parents of their eighth child, a boy, born Sunday evening [August 19] in the Hull hospital. The baby weighed about 8-1/2 pounds." No reference was found to the child’s death.
