Miss Rose Schwarz, 71, of Granville, died Thursday at her home.
Services were at 10:30 A.M. Saturday in St. Joseph Catholic Church at Granville with the Reverend Edward Hoffmann officiating. Burial was in the parish cemetery under the direction of the Fisch Funeral Home of Remsen.
Miss Schwarz was born January 28, 1906, daughter of John and Elizabeth (Hebbelman) Schwarz, at Granville and was a life time resident. She was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary.
Survivors include brothers, John, Joe and Tony of Granville; a sister, Mrs. William (Mary) Ahlers of Granville.
