Baby Boy Died Monday of Severe Case of Pneumonia

Mr. and Mrs. Gerrit VanWyhe are mourning the death of their two and one-half year old baby boy, who contracted pneumonia and died a couple of days later, Monday evening, March 2nd. The funeral was held Wednesday afternoon from the Christian Reformed church, Rev. Haan officiating. The parents have the sincerest sympathy of the entire community in their sadness.

His death certificate has Willis Henry Van Wyhe; age 2 years, 3 months, 25 days (no birth date given); parents Gerrit Van Wyhe and Alice De Weerd, both born in Iowa; died in Hull at 11:35 p.m. March 1, 1931; cause, hemolytic strepticemic[?] infection blood stream; contributory cause, flu.
