Death came to Mrs. William Rexwinkel December 31 at her home in Newkirk.

Funeral services were held January 3 at 1:30 in the Newkirk Reformed Church with Reverend Z. Roetman officiating. Van Etten Funeral Service was in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Rexwinkel was born Johanna Harmelink in Holland on January 30, 1865. She came to this country at the age of four.

On December 29, 58 years ago, she was married to William Rexwinkel. They continued in this vicinity after marriage, living at Hospers, Alton, and later moving to Newkirk. She was a member of the Reformed Church there, and actively served in the Ladies Aid.

She is survived by her husband, her daughter, Dena (Mrs. Bert Vander Berg) of Newkirk, and one sister, Mrs. William De Roo. There are 4 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
