Minnie Ravenswaay, 82, of Sioux Center died Thursday in the Sioux Center Hospital.

Services were at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in the Netherlands Reformed Church in Sioux Center. The Rev. A.M. Pen Boer officiated. Burial was in Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Mrs. Ravenswaay, the former Minnie "Wilhelmina" Harskamp, was born October 5, 1901, at Sioux Center and attended school here.

She married Richard Ravenswaay March 16, 1926, at LeMars. They lived on a farm near Lebanon and moved to Artesia, California, in 1936 where they operated a dairy until their retirement.

Mr. Ravenswaay died in 1971 and she moved to Sioux Center in 1975.

Survivors include four brothers, Jake, Gerrit, Edward and Bert, all of Sioux Center and two sisters, Mrs. Peter (Hattie) Van Per Weide and Mrs. Henry (Alida) Vande Vegte, both of Sioux Center.
