Rites set today for Minnie Oggel

Memorial services for Miss Wilhelmina "Minnie" Oggel, who died in her sleep Monday at her home in Iowa City, will be held this (Thursday) afternoon at 2 p.m. at the Van Etten Funeral Home.

Miss Oggel was 88 years old and for many years had been a semi-invalid.

She was a sister of the late John Oggel, editor and publisher of De Volksvriend.

Note: Her parents were Dr. Henry P. and Hendrika Z. (Van Bruggen) Oggel.
