Aart Van Helden died Monday evening at the age of eighty-five. He was born in Aalsburg, Netherlands. About ten years ago he had an attack of apoplexy and was since that time in very poor health. Two weeks ago he suffered another attack and for the last six days he was speechless. He was never married. He is survived by three sisters, the Misses Hendrika, Maria and Lizzie Van Helden, who are living in this town. Funeral services were held in the First Reformed church Friday afternoon.
