Funeral services were held at the United Methodist Church in Hawarden at 2 P.M. February 11 for William Mollhoff, 72, of Hawarden, who died February 8 at a Hawarden Nursing Home.

Services were conducted by the Reverend Herbert Gould and burial was in Grace Hill Cemetery at Hawarden.

Mr. Mollhoff was born to William and Kate (VanderHam), November 9, 1901, in Plymouth County. He married Erma Rhodes, February 16, 1927, in Hawarden and the couple made their home there the past 44 years.

Survivors include the widow; two daughters, Mrs. E. J. (Beverly) Eston of Marlin, Tennessee and Mrs. James (Barbara) Halsor of Cedar Falls; a son, Robert of Odebolt; a sister, Mrs. Mary Brounmiller of Akron and four grandchildren.
