From the Alton Democrat, January 11, 1929, Hull news:

Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at the First Ref. church for the baby of Mr. and Mrs. Frank De Graaf, who passed away after a few days illness of pneumonia.

From the Sioux County Index (Hull), January 11, 1929:

Elmer, the eleven months old baby boy of Mr. and Mrs. Frank DeGraaff, residing just north of Hull, died Saturday from a complication of diseases, originating in a severe cold.

The funeral was held Tuesday from the First Reformed church, Rev. Douwstra officiating, and the little one was laid to rest in Hope Cemetery, here. The Index wishes to join the many friends of the bereaved family in extending sincere sympathy.
