Teunis Luymes, who served as janitor at the court house in Orange City for more than 25 years, passed away January 22nd at the home of his daughter, Mrs. J. Behrends, following an illness of five weeks from heart trouble. He had reached the advanced age of 78 years. He gave up his work at the court house a little more than a year ago.

Tuenis was the son of Hermanus and Hendrika Luymes and was married to Alida (Nieuwendorp) Luymes.

He was laid to rest at West Lawn Cemetery, Orange City, Sioux County, Iowa.
