Walter Kuyper, Inwood, dies Monday, July 27

Funeral services for Walter Kuyper, 68, Inwood, who died Monday at a Sioux Falls hospital after a brief illness, will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the First Reformed church at Inwood. A short service, will be conducted at I p.m. at the Porter Funeral home. The Rev H. W. Kolenbrander will officiate. Burial will be in the Richland cemetery.

Mr. Kuyper was born Jan 31, 1896, in Carmel. He married Edna Remmerde Sept, 10, 1915, at Carmel. They moved to a farm near Inwood 16 years ago.

Survivors include the widow; two daughters, Mrs. Harry Ter Wee of Sioux Falls and Mrs. John Halma of Inwood: two sons, Guywood and Marvin, both of Inwood; three brothers, Guys of Rock Valley, John of Albert Lea, Minn., and Marion of Sioux Center; four sisters, Mrs. Nettie Den Hartog of Sioux Center; Mrs. Hub Niemoth of Sheldon,; Mrs. Ben Wolfswinkel of Wydmar, N. D., and Mrs. Evelyn Gaarmeester :of Rock Rapids, 13 grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
