JENNIE DOUMA HEILIGER
Jennie Douma Heiliger, 83, of Sioux Center died Tuesday, Jan. 6, in a hospital in Sioux Center after a long illness. Services were Friday in the First Reformed Church of Hull. The Rev. Gerald Vander Velde officiated. Burial was in Hope Cemetery at Hull.

Mrs. Heiliger, the former Jennie Koele, was born June 27,1903, at Hull. She married Neal Douma Feb. 14,1924, at Hull. He died Dec. 24, 1934. She married Charles Heiliger June 27, 1937, at Hull. He died Feb. 11, 1971. Mrs. Heiliger had lived in the Sioux County area most of her life.

Survivors include a son, Kenneth Douma of Sioux Center; two daughters, Dorothy Douma Karssen of Bellflower, Calif., and Elaine Heiliger Ebel of Sheldon; a brother, Clarence Koele and two sisters, Mrs, Oscar Douma and Mrs. Bert Rens, all of Hull; six grandchildren and a great-grandchild
