Funeral services were held for Jacob "Jake" Koele, 76, of Hull, Monday, August 28, at the First Reformed Church of Hull with arrangements by the Kraai Funeral Home.

Mr. Koele passed away at a hospital Thursday, August 24.

Survivors include five sons, Henry of Sharon, Wisconsin, Dewey and Edward, both of Hull, John of Melvin, Iowa, and Ben of Orange City, a daughter, Mrs. Gerald Brunsting of Hull; 17 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a brother, Henry of Hull and three sisters, Mrs. William Faas of Sanborn, Mrs. John Gunnink and Mrs. Hattie Teusink, both of Clinton, Wisconsin.

Note: He was married to Wilhelmina "Minnie" Faas. She passed away August 19, 1949.
