Funeral services for Miss Mary Klein of Alton were at 10:30 A.M. Saturday, May 17, in St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Alton.

The Reverend Norbert Boes officiated with burial in the parish cemetery. Rosary was said at 3 and 8 P.M. May 16 in the parish hall.

Miss Klein died May 14 in Orange City Hospital. She was 81 years old. A lifetime resident of Alton, Miss Klein was born May 22, 1887 to Mr. Jacob and Mary (Haupert) Klein. She was a member of the Rosary Sodality of St. Mary’s Church.

Surviving here are four sisters, Miss Christine Klein, Mrs. Joe Schaul and Miss Lena Klein, all of Alton and Mrs. Theodore Huss of Faulkton, South Dakota and a brother, Raymond of Alton.
