Note: From reports on ancestry.com indicated she was Margaretha Krantz born 1843 died 1882. The mother of Several children: Maria 1863, Mathias 1865, Nikolas 1868, Margaret 1871, Mary 1872 and Ana 1876.

1880 census of East Orange Township of Sioux County lists Nicolas age 41,wife Maggie age 39, children Mary 16, Mathew 14, Nicolas 11, Maggie 9, and Mary 8.
