Haspels Babe Dies
The six months old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Haspels, died suddenly on Wednesday night after and illness of only a few days. Death was caused from brain fever. At this writing no funeral arrangement have been made. Mrs. Haspels who has been quite seriously sick is reported to be some better.

Note: The baby’s name was Rena Marie born 15 Sep 1922 died 8 March 1923 dau of J. & L. buried in Sheridan Township cemetery Boyden, IA. Her parents were John Haspels born 23 Nov 1888 Netherlands died 1 Dec 1975 Boyden, Sioux, Iowa and Lottie Horn born 1892 Boyden IA died 29 Oct 1976 Boyden IA.
