Died: September 8, 1990Dr. Stacey Dagle, 28, of Hastings, Nebraska and formerly of Hawarden, Iowa, died on Saturday, September 8, 1990, in a hospital in Omaha, Nebraska.
Services were held on Tuesday morning, September 11, 1990, in Luther Memorial Church at Omaha, where he was a member.
Dr. Dayle was born February 15, 1962, in Hawarden. He graduated from Emerson-Hubbard High School at Emerson, Nebraska, Wayne State College at Wayne, Nebraska and the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha. He had begun his third-year residency in psychiatry at Hastings.
Survivors include his wife, Darla Shaw Dayle; two daughters, Elizabeth and Catherine, both at home; his parents, Chet and Marge Dagle of Hawarden; and two brothers, Paul of Portland, Oregon and Dan of Alamogordo, New Mexico.
