Mrs Guy Hodgson, 80, Hawarden, died April 10 in a Hawarden hospital

Services were at 1:30 p.m. April 14 in the Associated Church. The Rev. Herbert Young officiated. Burial was in Grace Hill Cemetery with the Dow Funeral Home in charge.

Mrs. Hodgson, the former Marie Whittington, was born May 6,1894, in Hudson, S.D. She was married March 2, 1918, in Le Mars. They farmed in the Hawarden area and moved into Hawarden in 1948. She was a member of the Associated Church.

Survivors include the widower; a son, Glenn of Hawarden, and two grandchildren.
