Mrs. Jens J. died at her home five miles north of Hawarden Monday after an illness of long duration from consumption.

Mrs. Sine Marie Jensen was one of the old settlers of Virginia Township and her death will be mourned by many friends outside of the family circle.

She leaves a husband and several children to mourn the loss of a loving wife and a fond and devoted mother.

The funeral was held at the Presbyterian Church in this city yesterday and the remains were followed to their last resting place, the Grace Hill Cemetery, Hawarden, Iowa, by a large concourse of sorrowing friends.
