David Harold Jahn, 11, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Jahn of Maurice, died Tuesday of last week at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Sioux City of leukemia.

Funeral services were held at St. John’s Lutheran Church southeast of Ireton Friday, with the Reverend Anacker officiating and burial made under the direction of Van Etten’s Funeral Home.

David was born at Le Mars June 11, 1956.

Survivors besides his parents include a brother, Rodney, and two sisters, Ruth and Charlotte.
