Funeral services for Bradley Dale Jacobsma, infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Jacobsma, who died Saturday, February 16, were held Monday, February 18 at 1:30 p m. at the Porter Funeral Home. Reverend Henry Poppen officiated. Burial was in the Valley View Cemetery.

Mrs. George H. Van Beek was organist and Andrea Van Beek was soloist.

Bradley was born January 27, 1963 at the Sioux Center Community Hospital. He was transferred to the Methodist Hospital in Sioux City for necessary surgery and died there.

Survivors are the parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Jacobsma and the grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Feekes and Mr. and Mrs. Bert Jacobsma.
