Funeral services were held at the Christian Reformed Church in Inwood at 2 P.M. August 3 for Bert Intveld, 81, of Inwood, a brother of Mrs. N.G. Punt and Mrs. Ben Vander Veen of Sioux Center, who died at his home in Inwood July 30 after a brief illness.

Services were conducted by the Reverend Marlin Gritters and burial was made in Richland Cemetery at Inwood.

Mr. Intveld was born in The Netherlands September 29, 1889. He married Gertrude Van Beek February 11, 1914, at Doon.

Survivors include the widow, Gertrude; three sons, Martin of Bruce, South Dakota, Conrad of Brookings, South Dakota, Arie of Inwood; four daughters, Mrs. Clifford (Willhelmina) McClard of DeSmet, South Dakota, Mrs. Arie (Cornelia) Van Grouw and Mrs. Frank (Elizabeth) Felkema, both of Inwood and Mrs. Delmar (Margaret) Westra of Marshall, Minnesota; five brothers, Joast in The Netherland, Gerrit and John, both of Rock Valley, Marinus of Hull and Albert of Worthington, Minnesota; three sisters, Mrs. L.J. Van Leeuwen of Sioux Falls and the two named above;37 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
