Alvin, the nine month old and seven days old son of Mr. and Mrs. John Hof, residing northeast of Boyden, died Monday, August 16th, of summer complaint.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, with Reverend J.M. Lumkes officiating. Interment was made in the Boyden Cemetery.

Deceased was the youngest of five sons. The Reporter extends its sympathy to the bereaved parents.
