The funeral services of Fred Hinsch, son of Charles Hinsch of Rock Rapids were held at the court house of that place Sunday afternoon. He was buried at the German Lutheran Cemetery at Hull.

Fred Hinsch was a member of the 18th Infantry, 30th Brigade and had been awarded a medal for bravery by the British General. He died in France from wounds during the World War.
