From the Boyden Reporter, March 8, 1923:

Haspels Baby Dies

The six months old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Haspels died suddenly on Wednesday night, after an illness of only a few days. Death was caused from brain fever. At this writing no funeral arrangements have been made. Mrs. Haspels, who has been quite seriously sick, is reported as being some better.
