Mrs. Henry Heitritter, 97, of Sheldon, died September 9 at the hospital nursing wing.

Services were in St. Paul Lutheran Church with the Reverend Donald Loots officiating. Burial was in St. John Lutheran Cemetery at Boyden under the direction of the Vander Ploeg Funeral Home.

Mrs. Heitritter, the former Anna Kruse, was born January 11, 1879 at Boyden. She was married September 28, 1897 at Boyden. Mr. Heitritter died in November, 1951.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Katherine Beyer of Sheldon; a son, William of Sanborn; 11 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
