From the Boyden Reporter, October 19, 1922:

MRS. A. VANDER WILT IS CALLED BY DEATH

Mrs. Anthony Vander Wilt, residing west of Boyden, died at her home on Monday afternoon at about 6:00 o'clock, after a long illness with cancer of the stomach. Funeral services will be held this afternoon (Thursday) at the Reformed church at Middleburg, and interment will be made in the Middleburg cemetery. Deceased leaves a husband and several children to mourn her demise. An obituary will be printed next week.
