Funeral services for Edward "Teddy" Eulberg, veteran of World War II, a young man respected and loved by everyone who knew him because of his quiet and friendly character, were held in the Catholic Chapel of the Holy Family, with the Reverend Peters officiating, on January 12, interment was made at Cedar Lawn Catholic Cemetery in Redmond, Washington.

Teddy was the sixth child born to John and Margaret (Moos) Eulberg.

He received his education at St. Joseph's Catholic School in Granville, Iowa.

Teddy had a huge garden on the Eulberg homeplace and sold vegetables. He also drove a truck for Hoddap.

On November 20, 1942, during World War II, Teddy was drafted and reported first to Fort Leavenworth, Kansas and then Camp Roberts, California. He was discharged in March of 1943.

From there Teddy went to Issaquah, Washington, to visit his brother, and took a job as a logger. Later he moved to Kirkland, Washington, where he was employed by the State Highway Commission until he retired in 1966.

Teddy never married. He died of cancer at the age of 68. He passed away in Bellevue Hospital, Seattle, on January 9.

Edward is survived by his sister Kate, (Mrs. P.C. Ricker), of Colorado Springs, and a younger brother, Adam of Kirkland, Washington, and by nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, and by his older brother brothers, Peter and Henry and two sisters, Mary (Mrs. Vern Cook) and Appolonis.
