Burdick, Mabel born abt 1884 died 1886. The date on the headstone was hard to read. The Sioux County Cemetery Index has Burdick, Mabel born 19 Feb 1881 and died 20 Nov 1886 daughter of E. J. and A. A. buried in St. Paul’s Lutheran cemetery Hull IA. No death notice was found in the papers on line for the local area.

Note: A family report was found on Ancestry.com Mabel Burdick born 1884 died 1885. Parents Elmer Job Burdick born abt 1863 in Illinois and Agnes Brown born 1864-1927 . Children listed were Maybel 1884, Jennie 1886, William 1887, Florence 1890 and Raymond 1902. In the 1885 census Elmer J was 22 born IL, Agnes was 19 born in Can. and Effie Mabel was 1 yr. With a lack of searchable records for those years the exact date of birth of Mabel is questionable. Her parents married about 1883 so 1884 is likely .
