Helene Ziegler

Mrs. Frederick Ziegler, for a number of years a resident of this vicinity, died suddenly last Friday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Henry Busch, south of Alcester, S. D. The body was brought to Ireton for interment Tuesday and the funeral was held at the German Lutheran church, Rev Schmidt preaching the funeral sermon.
The deceased was born in Germany and was almost 75 years of age at the time of her death. Mr. and Mrs. Ziegler and children came to Ireton in 1891 and three years later Mr. Ziegler died. Since then she has made her home with her children. Her children still in this vicinity are Mrs. Henry Busch of Union county, Mrs. August Ronseak, residing west of Ireton and Mrs. Henry Heeren of LeMars. Three sons live at Sandstone, Minn.
