Jake Keizer, 79 died unexpectedly while mowing his lawn here Saturday.
Funeral services was held 1:30 Monday at the Porter Funeral Home. The Rev. Alfred Kaupins officiated. Burial was in Valley View Cemetery.

Mr. Keizer was born in The Netherlands June 29, 1886. He married Ann Reitsma Oct. 5, 1920 at Orange City.

Survivors include the widow, two sons, Sam of Luverne, MN., and George of Rock Valley; a daughter, Mrs. Robert Schomacker of Magnolia, MN; a sister in Holland and six grandchildren.
