Kathrina Neuroth married Johann Adam Eulberg on September 19, 1870 in Jackson County, Iowa. They are the parents of John Charles, Christian H. "Christ", Aloysius, William Karl, Peter, Wilhelm, Adam M., an Infant Son (April 18, 1881), Maria K., Joseph, Heinrich Peter "Henry", Herman Peter and Edward.

Kathrina was also step-mother to her husbands children from his first marriage to Anna Kathariena Kurtenacker, who died on January 18, 1870, Mary, Karl, Elizabeth, Katherine, Anna and Susan.

She was buried at St. Mary's Cemetery, Alton, Sioux County, Iowa.
