Mrs. Joute Bouma, who resided in the South addition to Orange City, died last Thursday afternoon at 4:30 after an illness of some five weeks duration.

Mrs. Akke (Ottema) Bouma's death is especially sad from the fact that she leaves five small children to be reared by the hands of others.

She was a member of the Christian Reformed Church and the funeral was held from that edifice Friday afternoon. The bereaved husband, Joute L. Bouma and children, Louis, Nicholas,Edith,Jacob,and Agnes are much sympathized.
