Rites for Mrs. Bos held Tuesday at First Christian Church

Services for Mrs. Henry Bos, Sr., 78, of Orange City, were held Tuesday afternoon at the First Christian Reformed Church with the Reverend Bert Vande Brink officiating.

Mrs. Bos died Sunday morning at her home in Orange City.

Gertrude "Gerritje" Baker Bos was born March 1, 1882 in the Netherlands, she came to this country in 1913 and settled in Orange City. Since coming to the United States, she has lived in this area.

Gertrude is survived by her husband; three sons, William of Albert Lea, Henry of Struble and Peter of Remsen; six daughters, Mrs. Joe Koldenhoven of Hollandale, Minnesota, Mrs. Gerrit Koldenhoven of Sanborn, Mrs. Garret Hartog of Sanborn, Mrs. Richard Koldenhoven of Sibley, Mrs. Connie Vande Brink of Hollandale, Minnesota, and Mrs. Gerald Mulder of Le Mars; 44 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.

Burial was in the Orange City Cemetery.
