Henry Boone Sr. passed away at his home last Thursday, He had been a sufferer from asthma for several years.
He was about sixty years old at the time of his death and leaves besides his life partner, Dora (Kleinhesselink) Boone, seven children, Gerrit of Britton South Dakota, Arie of Newkirk; Andrew of Sheldon; John of Hull; Mrs. William Van Gorp of Orange City; Mrs. J. Brommer of Sioux Center and Henry Jr. at home.
His brother, Evert Boone, lives in Sheldon and two sisters, Mrs. H. Hop and Mrs. Ponstien live at Maurice.
The funeral was held Saturday afternoon, Reverend Engelsman officiating.
