Mark B. Boer, 19, Orange City, died unexpectedly Saturday evening.

Services were held Wednesday, November 16 at 1:30 p.m. in the First Christian Reformed Church. Reverend Thomas C. Vanden Heuvel and Reverend Stuart Pastine, officiated. Burial was in West Lawn Cemetery under direction of the Van Gelder Funeral Home, Orange City.

Mr. Boer was born October 30, 1964, at Sheldon, the son of Fred and Gerry Boer. He married Lora Beth Mulder on August 10, 1983, at Orange City.

He graduated from Western Christian High School in Hull. He was a student at NITC in Sheldon. He was a member of the Sanborn Christian Reformed Church.

Survivors include his wife, Lora; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Boer of Sanborn; four brothers, Gary of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Reverend Jeffrey of Hialeah, Florida, David and Michael, both of Sanborn; two sisters, Mrs. Allen (Judy) Van Engen of Inwood, Mrs. Terry (Sue) Koele of Denver, Colorado; two grandmothers, Mrs. Ethel Boer and Mrs. Minnie Van Werven, both of Sheldon.
