Violet Davisson, age 90, of Des Moines, formerly of Rock Valley died Sunday, January 10, 1999 at the Mercy Hospital Medical Center at Des Moines, Iowa. Violet was born April 14, 1908 near Beaver Creek, MN. She married William Davisson and lived at Rock Valley where she was the cook for the Rotary Club and was the home keeper for the J. P. Schutt family and cleaner for the Valley State Bank for many years. William died in 1962. VioIet moved to D0esMoines to be closer to her daughter Jean in 1979.

Surviving relatives include her two daughters, Joyce Kurd of Milwaukee, WI, and Jean McMahon of Des Moines, LA; two brothers, Merle Feurerhelm of Columbus, OH, and Roy Feurerhelm of Silver Springs, FL; ten grandchildren; twenty-five great-grandchildren.
