Clary services held Saturday at Peace Lutheran Funeral services were held Saturday for Lee Clary, (9-24-60) at 2;00 p. m. at the Peace Lutheran church with the Rev. Henry Prieb officiating. Pallbearers were: Fred Yunker, Herman Zimmerman, Peter Van Driel, Ernest Miller, Oscar Miller and Wesley Miller. Burial was at the church cemetery. Mr. Clary died early Thursday morning at at the Hudson hospital where he had been hospitalize for the past two weeks following a stroke.

Mr. Clary was the son of Will and Cora Clary and was born Nov. 16, 1892 in Hiawatha, Neb. When Lee was two years old he moved with his family to Mountain Grove, Mo., and grew to young manhood there. On Dec. 12, 1917 he was married to Mary Miller near Rock Valley. To this union five children were born: Mildred, Earl, Doris, Kenneth and Lyle. They began farming soon after their marriage and with the exception of one year, have lived in their present farm home in Sioux county. Mr. Clary was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.

Survivors include his widow, Mary; two daughters: Mildred (Mrs. John Gorzeman) of Hull, and Doris (Mrs. Earl Juelfs) of Correctionville; three sons: Earl of Hudson, S. D., Kenneth of Rock Valley, and Lyle of Gillette Grove; one brother: John Clary of Cabool, Mo.; and eight grandchildren.
